Reporting to the Group Finance Director the key responsibilities for this high profile role include, overall accountability for the accurate and timely production of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and focused analysis in the subjective areas of financial accounting. Active participation with the US based Corporate Function to provide UK input and highlighting issues where necessary. Chair the monthly Balance Sheet review meeting with the finance department to discuss the opportunities and threats to financial reporting in full. Also take responsibility management and motivation of a team of four direct reports. The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA with at least two years PQE. Exposure in a previous reporting role including responsibility for an entire business unit is essential.
